Each home is delivered with carefully selected European finishes, integrated furniture and modern technical systems designed for comfort, durability and everyday convenience.

Indoor and outdoor lighting

The complete lighting concept is designed by SIA Gaismas Stils. Outdoor areas feature bollards and in-ground tree lighting by Italian brand iGuzzini, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere around the home.

Interiors include luminaires from Spanish brands Nexia and Vibia, together with lighting by Belgium’s Modular Lighting Instruments.

Built-in furniture and kitchen

Each home includes custom-made built-in furniture and integrated storage solutions. The kitchen comes complete with fitted cabinetry, integrated appliances, a kitchen island, lighting, a dining table and chairs, following the interior design concept.

Built-in wardrobes are also included in the bedrooms and corridor. They provide generous storage while keeping the interiors clean, organised and visually consistent throughout the home.

Ventilation-recuperation

Every home is equipped with a Zehnder ComfoAir Q600 ST ventilation recuperation system. Developed by Swiss indoor-climate specialist Zehnder, it ensures a continuous supply of fresh air while recovering heat and reducing energy consumption. Quiet operation helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.

Ceramics

Bathrooms and WCs are fully equipped with ceramics and bathroom fittings by German brand Villeroy & Boch and Belgian brand Ideal Standard. The selected pieces combine practical functionality with a clean, timeless appearance.

Flooring and doors

Living spaces feature natural wood parquet by Norwegian brand BOEN, bringing warmth and a refined, natural feel to the interiors. Large-format ceramic floor and wall tiles are supplied by Italian brand Ragno. Custom-made interior doors by Latvian company Reaton complete the cohesive interior design.

Facades and garage

The facades combine natural thermowood cladding with large-format EQUITONE fibre-cement panels. The warmth of wood and the clean architectural finish of the panels create a contemporary exterior that is durable, weather-resistant and easy to maintain.

Each private garage also includes an EV charger, allowing convenient electric vehicle charging at home.
